ARCH 141 – DESIGN IV section A
Professors Kevin Bone and Lebbeus Woods

This is an urban architecture studio, which means that we are working toward the design of individual projects that are highly architectural in their development and also highly urban in both their sensibility and their relationship to neighborhoods in upper Manhattan. The emphasis is on the creation of spaces that embody particular concepts of human use and experience; the development of tectonic languages and structural systems appropriate to each project and site; and the use of drawing and model-making as primary design tools.
